How do I use Karl's Formula?
As a maintenance dose, every 30 days lay down and apply 5-8 drops in one ear. Wait 5-10 minutes, roll over and apply to the other ear.
At the first symptom of a cold/flu apply immediately and again 4-6 hours later. You may hear some fizzing or bubbling which is normal.
